In this episode of the IT Experts Podcast, I share with you my keynote speech on how to build a high-performing team during The SDC Channel Summit on the 6th of July 2021, an event held to support IT Support, MSP’s, MSSP’s and VARS all over the world.
The SDC Channel Summit was a one-day summit including a series of 50-minute roundtable sessions educating MSPs on the key issues they face as they look to be a partner in their customers’ digital transformation journey. I’m proud to have been part of this event and do the keynote speech on how to build high-performing teams that drives business growth.
In my keynote speech, I talked a little bit about our very own, the IT Experts MSP Profit Builder System, the Shadow of a Leader which is about how to coach people and also the elements of a successful business.
