Your team and your network are almost as important as cash coming in the bank. You can’t run a business on your own and if you are serious about this then you only need to employ ONLY quality people. In People Planning we look at how you engage with your team, how you develop them and also as important, your supply chain and wider network.
Finance and Commercial
Profit is your life line. Sales are easy to increase; however profitable sales are another issue. We take a look at your cashflow income, your all-important costs, potential risks to your business and also how you account for your hard-earned cash. This is not everyone’s favourite subject, but believe me it is not as complicated as others make it out it is.
